What is your returns policy?

Items that ship in 1-3 working days are in stock with All Ends Clothign and may be returned in order to exchange for a different size according to the regulations set out here. Returns for reasons of error on the part of All Ends Clothing or damage are obviously also accepted. No other reasons are valid.

In the unlikely event that damaged or substandard apparel is delivered, an exchange will be made available. No fees will be charged for the exchange. If a straight exchange is unavailable due to an item being out of stock an exchange for any other item of equal value will be offered. The option of a refund will also be available. This does not effect your statutory rights.

All items that ship in 10-12 working days are printed to order with another company and therefore would need returning directly to that company. Please contact allendsclothing@hotmail.com if you wish to do this and you'll be given full instructions. Please be warned that the printers are based in the USA and although they offer a 100% money back guaruntee, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the printers are responsible for an error.
