Can I get an exchange if it doesn't fit when it arrives?
Any item that normally ships in 1-3 days in the UK can easily be exchanged if it doesn't fit. Items that take longer to ship (10-12 days) are printed to order with another company and are therefore more difficult - click here for more details. The full returns policy can be read here.

How to exchange:
1) Send an email to allendsclothing@hotmail.com requesting an exchange,
2) Pay the restocking fee (see below) by the method of your choice,
3) Package up the apparel and return it to the address you'll have been given,
4) Your exchanged item will be dispatched within one working day of the returned item being received and the restocking fee being paid.
Conditions:
1) The item must be an item that normally ships to the UK in 1-3 working days.
2) The item/s must be in the same condition in which you recieved them.
3) A restocking fee must be paid to cover the cost of reposting. For UK customers the fee is £1 per t-shirt and £3 per hoody exchanged. For international customers it's £3 per t-shirt and £5 per hoody.
4) If the size you wish to exchange for is sold out you will be offered the choice of exchanging for a different design of equal value.
